Activate a bundle

Saving a bundle stores it, but it stays in draft until you activate it. Only active bundles appear on the storefront.

Activate the bundle

Open the bundle and switch it to active. BigBox sets up the automatic discount behind the reward tiers at this point, so activation may take a moment.

Why a bundle might not appear

If you activate a bundle but do not see it on the product page, check the following:

• The Bundle offer block is added to your theme. Without it, no bundle can show. See install BigBox and add it to your theme.
• The product page is one of the bundle’s trigger products. The offer only shows on the products you selected.
• The bundle’s schedule has started. If you set a start date in the future, it waits until then. See schedule a bundle.
• The viewer is eligible. If you limited the bundle to certain customers or markets, others will not see it. See control who sees a bundle.
• No conflicting bundle is already active. BigBox does not allow two active bundles to compete for the same product and audience. See limitations and things to know.

One offer per page

When two bundles would target the same product and the same audience, only one can be active at a time. This keeps a single product page from showing two competing offers.
