Understand your bundle analytics

BigBox tracks how your bundles perform so you can see what is working. The analytics follow the journey from a customer seeing the offer through to a paid order.

The funnel

The funnel shows where customers are along the way, including:

  • Eligible views, when the offer was shown to a customer.
  • Drawer opens, when a customer opened the bundle.
  • Add to cart, when a customer added their bundle.

Comparing these steps tells you where customers drop off. For example, lots of views but few opens suggests the trigger needs work, while opens without add-to-carts suggests the offer or item limits need a look.

Sales and orders

For completed orders that came from a bundle, BigBox reports paid outcomes such as the number of orders, the items purchased, gross and net sales, and the discounts that were applied.

Top products

A top products view shows which items drive the most bundle revenue, so you can feature your winners and rethink the rest.

How the numbers are produced

Paid sales figures are worked out from your Shopify orders after they come in, so they reflect real paid results rather than a live, second-by-second count. There may be a short delay before a new order appears.

History

Analytics cover a rolling recent window, up to the last 60 days, so you can compare recent performance and spot trends.
